Family Pictures

Two years ago when we traveled to Utah to see my family we met Tara at Winsor Photography. We loved the pictures she took for us, so naturally when we planned our trip to Utah this year we knew we had to have her take our family pictures again. Once again she did not disappoint. I am going to try to share just a few (it is so hard to choose).

This year I couldn't decide if we were going to send out Christmas cards. I don't like family pictures taken when I am pregnant. However, as the first part of December rolled around I decided to swallow my pride and send pictures/cards out. Since it was so late we just decided to quickly put something together and take pictures with our tripod and remote. It was really cold so we just quickly took some pictures and sat in the car with snacks to warm up. My family is so patient with my crazy antics.

Not too bad for a quick self-shot photo shoot. Maybe next year I will plan a little better.... maybe.

Bishop Family Pictures

On Christmas Eve morning my dear friend, Eva McGann, kindly took time away from her family to take our family pictures. I think everyone (including the kids) did great considering how cold it was. We went over to Morven Park and used some of the beautiful grounds there as a backdrop. The timing couldn't have been better because about an hour after we were done it started snowing (although that might have made for some pretty pictures). I will just post a couple of my favorites since no one else has seen them but me.
