January Extras

In January:

*Simon became a sunbeam and started going to primary
*We had the post Christmas break blues and hoped for a snow day, which came the first week back
*Michael traveled and was super busy with work
*Levi started getting teeth which made for a rough couple of weeks
*Spent lots of time looking around Target, Walmart, and the mall
*We tried to stay warm in the freezing cold temperatures

January is always a rough month around here. Michael starts busy season, the weather is freezing, we are trying to recover from the holidays, etc. We are glad we made it through again this year and look forward to the months ahead.

Double Doctor Appointment

Miriam and Levi both had to see the doctor in January so we took them both the same day. Miriam got her six year check-up and Levi got his nine month check-up.

Miriam is such a big girl that she went with the nurses to get her weight and height checked while I stayed with Levi. Therefore I have no idea how tall she is now. I guess I will have to measure her myself.

Levi: Weight - 20 lbs. (75%) Height - 30 inches (95%)

Levi is quickly growing out of his 12 months clothes. He is mostly wearing 12-18 month clothes (but I think we will be putting the 12 month clothes away soon). Levi is still having trouble with solid foods. I have just stopped giving it to him for now. So far Levi doesn't have any teeth, but I am sure he is working on it.

2014 (Year in Review)
